Though initially developed in the late 17th century, legendary course architect Donald Ross redesigned Brae Burn early in the 18th century, and it remains a classic championship course today. The layout of the course is a delight, featuring relatively narrow fairways, a handful of water hazards, and oversized greens. The impressive list of events hosted here includes the U.S. Open and U.S. Amateur.
