This is our second time staying at the Eliot. Our week-long stay was outstanding...The staff, especially at the front desk and doormen are exceptional—friendly, helpful and experts on the area. The rooms are beautiful. We will always stay at the Eliot.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel!...Spacious and beautifully furnished, our suite had comfortable beds and was very quiet. The concierge was responsive and helpful. Every time I walked through the lobby, I was greeted pleasantly...I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We've stayed at the Eliot several times over the last couple of years while visiting our son at college in Boston. We love the hotel for its location on Commonwealth Ave, the service and friendliness of the staff, and the really comfortable bed!

I needed a staycation pretty intensely once we approached the 6 month mark of the COVID era. I planned to stay for a few days at The Eliot...but once I arrived I decided to extend my stay to a full week. The staff were very diligent in providing safe and luxurious service while I was there...it was an absolute luxury to be able to take a break and relax in a beautiful, quiet suite.
...It was wonderful to stay again to this elegant, personal, immaculate home-away-from-home and to see that it continues to be the remarkable and welcoming place it has always been...perhaps, even just a little better.
...It's got classical beauty and modern amenities...The location of the hotel is perfect. And if you are looking for things to do in the city you can find (just down Comm Ave) the Emerald Necklace for a wonderful inner-city walk without the noise and disturbance of traffic. Loved our stay and plan on doing it again soon.
We spent the holidays in Boston with my wife and two of my adult boys. We came to receive a grandchild and didn't know for sure when she would arrive. So we ended up staying about 2 weeks at the Eliot in a 2 bedroom suite. We know Boston very well and this location is one of the best, in the middle of where you want to be. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we were actually sad to say goodbye. This property has a great Boston flavor, cozy but very comfortable and not short on amenities. Will definitely return
